Humanitex was a meaningful project developed in close collaboration with Claire, who approached Vicana with the need for a name and visual identity for her new company. From the beginning, the goal was clear: to build a brand that felt human, approachable, and grounded in genuine connection. Every decision, from naming to form, was guided by the desire to reflect the company’s purpose and the relationships it aims to nurture.

The name “Humanitex” captures the essence of the business: solutions created for people, by people. It speaks to the company’s commitment to human‑centred transformation, collaboration, and meaningful partnerships. The name needed to feel warm, trustworthy, and aligned with the values at the heart of the organisation, and “Humanitex” provided that foundation.

The logotype was designed to visually express these same principles. Soft edges were chosen to convey warmth, approachability, and openness. The intersection of the ‘h’ and ‘x’ symbolises people coming together: connection, collaboration, and shared purpose. The circle reinforces this bond, acting as a visual anchor for unity and continuity. Slimmer line weights were intentionally selected to reflect the delicate balance required to build trust, maintain transparency, and create meaningful human relationships.

Together, the name and visual identity form a system that feels aligned, intentional, and true to the brand’s mission. Humanitex is a company built around people, and the identity was crafted to honour that, clear, human, and deeply connected to its purpose.
